We welcome both appointments and walk-ins! Booking an appointment ensures special pricing and minimal wait time, but we do our best to accommodate walk-in clients promptly during business hours. Same-day service is typically available.

You'll need to bring two pieces of valid government-issued ID (at least one with a photo), such as a driver's license, passport, or other identification. If you're getting fingerprinted for a specific purpose, bring any forms or reference numbers provided by the requesting organization.

The fingerprinting process itself takes approximately 10-15 minutes. However, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for your visit to account for paperwork and any questions you may have.

We accept cash, Apple Pay, debit, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is required at the time of service.

Our digital system allows for immediate submission to the RCMP, after which normal processing times will apply. Note: RCMP published turnaround times do not include mailing time.

Fingerprint rejections are rare when taken by our experienced technicians. That said, skin conditions, burns, injuries, amputations, and other physical limitations can make digital fingerpriting of any kind difficult. We evaluate your fingerprints for both quality and sequence upon collection to provide the best chance of successful submission, but if the RCMP does reject your prints due to quality issues, we'll re-do your fingerprinting at no additional charge. If necessary, we will file on your behalf for manual review. Our quality guarantee ensures you get accurate results.
